I  voice  Radio and TV commercials and have recently put some demo tapes in for T.V. continuity announcer positions, i.e. "And now on BBC 1 it's time for" etc...

My hobbies are: music, live concerts, a disco/roadshow... and collecting zippo lighters. I love historic places, and I like to watch old films and visit the locations where they have been filmed, It's fun but can be quite expensive!!

I love Sci-fi  Films and TV Series But I'm not an Anorak

For example: Star Trek, Sliders,Stargate SG1,Atlantis, The 4400, Quantum Leap, Dr Who, Red Dwarf and although it's very dated I'm a big fan of 60's/70's film director Irwin Allen, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, Lost in Space with the very camp (Dr Smith) he's so funny!, Land of the Giants and my favourite The Time Tunnel.

In the U.K. There are Satellite T.V. Channels called U.K. Gold and Bravo. They show the old ITC 60's T.V. Series like: The Prisoner with Patrick McGoohan,

The Original "Saint" with Roger Moore & Randall & Hopkirk. You may of seen these they are old but good innocent fun without all the swearing & bad language that seems to be used as throwaway speak these days.

I like comedy stuff as well: Little Britain, Mr Bean, Blackadder, The Smoking Room,Monty Python Flying Circus, The Fast Show and Fawlty Towers.

Please don't think I spend all my life watching the "goggle box" but I do watch video's of T.V. late at night if  I'm at work playing in Music Sweeps. It helps to while away the hours as sometimes I'm the only person in the studio building at night.

Music taste: Any well produced music is fine, (I hate boy bands and crap cover versions of songs).

I like the 70's/80's super groups i.e. Yes, Led Zeppelin, Eagles, Boston, Pink Floyd, Supertramp, Camel, Fleetwood Mac, Santana, Steve Miller Band, Alan Parsons Project, Rainbow, The Rolling Stones, Level 42, Jamiroquai, Genesis, Tom Petty and The Heart Breakers, Robert Cray, Robert Palmer, Van Morrison, U2, R.E.M, Roxy Music, Crowded House, Inxs, Savage Garden, Melissa Etheridge and load's more!!

As I run a Disco - Roadshow anything that will get the punters dancing for the effect rather than it's musical quality.

I also like classical music but I realize it is not everyone's "bag" and not forgetting good quality classic soul music: Otis Redding, Stevie Wonder and good ol' motown music: Atlantic Soul and reggae as well!!

I'm not keen on country music it's always seems to be about, my dog has died!, or the wife has left, very depressing... plus I think country music is best done by Americans, it does not work if you listen to say a singer with a Geordie Accent (from the North East of England).

Well that's a little about me!
What are your likes and dislikes?
What are your dreams, and hopes for the future?

Can you help ??

I am always looking for new idea's for my shows.

So if there is something that is being done on any of your local radio or national stations that you may have heard and it can be adapted for use in the U.K. I would love to hear about it!

I love my work, but I do need a break sometimes and hearing from you may be just the diversion I'm looking for!

Thanks again for checking out my web site!
Why not send me an e-mail I would love to hear from you!!

Cheers for now! :o)
